We are looking for an expert who can provide technical support and training related to IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network security systems and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training related to IT services
  • Liaise effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct technology and vendor evaluations on function and features from a business technical perspective
  • Work with Engineering and Product Development from service design, service transition to service operation and ongoing service improvement
  • Write service-related technical documents
  • Integrate products with internal systems including but not limited to CRM, price management system, billing system, and customer portals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in system/network/security administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in designing medium to large scale infrastructure and/or virtualization projects
  • Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security, UEBA
  • Knowledge of server and network virtualization and administration is advantageous
  • Holder of any security related certification such as CISSP, CCNP Security, NSE or PCNSE is a plus
  • Holder of ITIL foundation or above is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, passion in learning new technologies, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
