Job Title: Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

  • Lead a small team in a multiple brands environment to manage logistics operations, monitor Asia operations, and drive inventory control and cost control.
  • Collaborate with brands and 3PLs to maintain relationships and ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor logistics operations and warehouse activities to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for logistics projects from planning to execution and review, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Upkeep workflows and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate closely with different brands and stakeholders on changes to logistics arrangements.
  • Work with local authorities to ensure customs compliance, particularly for CITES, perfume, and scented items.
  • Undertake audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
  • Establish guidelines for inventory management and control, maintaining accurate stock and inventory in system locations.
  • Coordinate stock take activities and own logistics budget, understanding logistics cost structure and maintaining regular reviews.
  • Regularly report and analyze logistics operation costs, volume, and KPIs, maintaining communication with HQ logistics team.
  • Monitor service providers' performance by reviewing KPIs and providing solutions.
  • Drive and lead continuous process improvement for cost saving, operation efficiency, and optimized operation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in supply chain, transportation, or logistics related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience, preferably from retail industry with at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Experience in project management, warehousing/logistics operation, and leading a small team.
  • Strong mindset in change management and execution, ability to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, open to share and challenge.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
