About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst who can lead implementation projects and provide technical support for our financial systems.

  • This individual will have experience implementing and troubleshooting scripts using SQL and collaborating with vendors to facilitate application support and incident management.
  • They will also have excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additionally, they will have proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of LPMS and financial applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, allowing effective communication with all levels of the Firm and outside vendors.

In this role, you will:

  1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and troubleshoot complex financial systems.
  2. Provide technical support for the firm's LPMS, including Aderant Expert Sierra and Intapp.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed records documenting procedures, methodologies, and sources of information employed during analytical tasks.
  4. Ensure quality and timely delivery of all work.
