About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and complaints
  • Perform order processing and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or higher
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and ERP systems is an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Availability to start immediately
