We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Systems Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Power Distribution Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient replacement of high voltage and low voltage assets.
Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of technical staff or contractors to carry out asset replacement works, testing, and commissioning.
- Take daily site inspection records of project progress, work safety, and quality.
- Inspect work safety and quality in compliance with corporate, contract, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in planning and organizing work execution to ensure good site progress.
- Support project administration of project documents, site records, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with other departments on work execution to ensure reliable and safe railway operation.
- Perform Authorized Person (Electrical) duties for power equipment outages when required.
- A Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level.
- Possession of the 'Authorized Person (Electrical)' qualification, Grade 'C' or 'H' Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, and a valid Hong Kong driving license Class 1 and 2 are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
