Job Summary

TÜV Rheinland is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Safety Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of electrical safety and quality in our testing and inspection services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and review test results to ensure compliance with international and national standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for projects, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Support internal and external technical consultation and provide expert advice on electrical safety and testing.
  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train and develop other laboratory staff on test procedures and equipment.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in laboratory operations, preferably in electrical safety testing.
  • Knowledge of EU, US, and global requirements for electrical products is highly desirable.
  • Solid hands-on experience in electrical and electronic safety tests.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
