Responsibilities:- Coordinate international transmission networks project, including submarine cable and terrestrial cable.
- Develop and implement network planning strategy for next 3 years on transmission and POP.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to meet individual transmission network requirements.
- Monitor project status according to budget plan.
- Complete life cycle management of transmission network projects.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- Strong team work and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in oral English and Mandarin, with ability to read and write in Chinese and English.
- Traveling required for attending meetings and industry events. Candidate with experience on submarine and transmission network is an advantage.
