Product Development Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at JPC Texson Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full cycle of product development from design concept to fabric development and prototype sample arrangement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, good knowledge of knits fabrics, and experience handling European customers.
Responsibilities include organizing product meetings, presenting ideas to customers independently, and collaborating closely with fabric mills and garment factories throughout the development process.
The Product Development Manager will also be responsible for proactively developing new product ideas tailored for individual brands and customers, performing market research, and sourcing suitable fabrics based on customer design briefs.
The successful candidate should have a tertiary education or diploma in Textile & Clothing, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related disciplines, and at least 5 years of product development experience in a sizeable garment manufacturing environment.
A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
