About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team in the Central Electronic Workshop. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of improvement works on trainborne signal, trackside signal, rolling stock, Automated Fare Collection (AFC), and telecommunication electronic equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure reliable workshop services.
  • Conduct asset replacement studies, asset life assurance studies, and holistic reviews of various systems.
  • Oversee the refurbishment/replacement of exhausted electronic equipment under asset life assurance projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to propose improvements in maintenance regime.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
