As a Tax Intelligence Expert Lead, you will be responsible for performing complex tasks, controlling team activities, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of practices, SOPs, and checks in line with Lean operations principles.

You will provide input and steer on complex whiteboard issues, coach new team members, and coordinate with other Tax Intelligent Experts to issue clear operating procedures and guidelines.

Additionally, you will create training and info-sharing sessions to develop market knowledge within the teams, coordinate complex corporate events, and ensure correct tax treatment.

You will also take a leading role in escalations handling and reporting, build and maintain a profound knowledge of market practices and rules, and act as a point of reference within the Tax operational teams.

Furthermore, you will show creativity in providing solutions for clients within a defined control/risk framework, assist with the yearly review of the control map, and build and document knowledge on complex matters.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience in Tax services domains, flexibility in terms of working hours, and the ability to function as a player and a coach.

The ideal candidate will be client-oriented, have a drive to continuously improve, and possess good communication skills in English.

They will also have networking skills, be able to independently drive and influence with impact, and be accurate, risk-aware, and detail-oriented.

Additionally, the candidate will be assertive, balance client and company interests, have a strong sense of accountability and ownership, and be able to deal with deadlines and pressure in a changing environment.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good organization and prioritization, are also essential.

Technical competencies are a plus.
