About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Lead to oversee the implementation and management of ICT and engineering systems in the Hong Kong International Airport.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of various airport systems, flight information systems, multimedia systems, IoT or robotic systems.
  2. Manage relationships with clients, partners, and third parties/vendors to achieve project objectives.
  3. Assign and allocate tasks to junior staff members, manage team performance, and create comprehensive project documentation.
  4. Analyze project performance to track progress and ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in ICT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years' experience in project management, with 5 years in ICT or Engineering systems.
  • Experience in medium-to-large-scale project implementation and project development life cycles.
  • Solid skills in Linux/Windows administration, database administration, Virtual Machine (VM) administration, and basic scripting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
