About the Role

Bond West Consultants is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring that we remain ahead of the curve in terms of risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the risk register, incorporating stakeholder feedback and input from various teams.
  • Conduct research on specific risk issues and collaborate with the team to update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Provide technical support for scenario risk modeling exercises and develop metrics to measure risk exposure.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. A minimum of five years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit is required, preferably in the food and beverage, utilities, or FMCG industries.

Requirements
  • University graduate with a related discipline in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, or Law.
  • Postgraduate study on a relevant discipline, such as an MBA, Risk Management, or Finance qualification.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with willingness to travel.
