Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Clinician to join our Department of Anaesthesiology, School of Clinical Medicine. As an Academic Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise in anaesthesia and/or pain medicine while also contributing to the education and research activities of the department.

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a clinician in anaesthesia and/or pain medicine
  • Contribute to the education and supervision of medical students and postgraduate trainees
  • Pursue academic research and publish scholarly work

Requirements

  • MEDICAL QUALIFICATION: Possess a medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Hold the status as Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine or equivalent; possession of a higher academic qualification (e.g. MD, MS, PhD) is advantageous
