We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities concerning technical services, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing direction to laboratory personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate activities concerning technical services, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Provide training, guidelines, and technical consultation services to laboratory personnel.
- Conduct centralized technical training to the network and carry out on-site technical audits.
- Support technical review of client program manuals and protocols, and analyze industry research and development on best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and industry standards, and provide technical assistance and operating support to other divisions/departments as needed.
- University degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
- Substantial operational and management knowledge and experience in laboratory industry.
- Familiar with various testing method development tools and proven success in analyzing situations and developing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with management, business partners, clients, and staff members.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being preferable.
