Job Overview

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking an exceptional IT Director to lead our technology vision and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  3. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  4. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including cloud technology, especially AWS and Google.
  5. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to drive project delivery, ensuring flexibility, adaptability, and customer satisfaction.
  6. Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software architecture, including OOP and functional design principles.
  7. Business Acumen: Translate business needs into technical solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's operations and goals.
  8. Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Requirements
  1. University Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in multiple IT leadership positions.
  3. Working experience in a multinational corporation with matrix management style.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  5. Good understanding of infrastructure on cloud technology, especially AWS and Google.
  6. Solid experience in Agile Project Management Methodology.
  7. Solid experience in architecture and system design methodology, e.g., API Service.
  8. Good understanding of software architecture, e.g., OOP, functional.
  9. Able to understand business needs and transform them into technical solutions.
  10. 'Can Do' attitude with strong customer focus.
