About the Role

• Plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
• Daily responsibilities include developing and following up on orders.
• Build strong partnerships with buyers and clients through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth product development and order management.
• Partner with manufacturers to source products, manage quotations, and handle bulk orders.
• Excel at negotiating prices and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain supplier relationships by clear communication and ensuring quality standards.
• Oversee timely deliveries by coordinating with vendors and factories.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising for trims, packaging, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow up on tasks efficiently.
• Possibility of traveling to China or other manufacturing locations.
