Job Description

eTeam is a leading provider of IT solutions, and we are seeking an experienced ISM Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of all BAU Technology and Voice tasks, ensuring prompt and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Instrumental role in the successful delivery of IT relocation projects, undertaking audits and preliminary works.
  • Hardware Inventory Management, including stock monitoring and levels.
  • Hardware request and receipt through our internal ordering system.
  • Ticket queue management, ensuring timely completion of requests.
  • Housekeeping on IT rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

In addition, the ISM Technician will support events such as annual Power down – post desk checkouts and hardware decommissioning events. The ideal candidate will also have experience with setup and installation of Temporary training rooms and Office wide events - Expo's.

The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of customer care behaviors at all times, adopting an approach that shows consistent commitment to providing a customer-focused quality service.
