Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily system support to the business and operation team. This includes assisting superiors in raising and maintaining system operations, performing regular system-related checking/UAT to ensure smooth business and operational activities, and handling ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or above in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or a related discipline. At least two years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes/operational management fields would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
