Strategic Operations Manager for Klook Travel

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for HKMO attractions, T&A, F&D, and mobility verticals, ensuring seamless processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet account requirements.
- Provide data analysis support for business decisions.
- Lead projects within the HKMO business unit, including product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Set SOPs and SLAs to streamline general operational work and monitor quality.
- Coordinate cross-team projects between BD and Ops teams.
- Liaise with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Innovation, Global Distribution Sales, Legal, and Planning teams on operational matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, key account management, or project management within the travel industry or e-commerce.
- Proven experience in people management and project management, with expertise in planning, execution, and communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Start-up mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing international team.
This role offers the opportunity to join a global travel brand, with ownership of impactful projects and the chance to contribute to the company's long-term growth. Estimated annual salary: HKD 900,000 - HKD 1,200,000.
