We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our Treasury and Risk Management team at Unicorn Advisor (HK) Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our organization and contribute to the company's growth and success.

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing treasury functions, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in full functions of accounting and financial planning, preferably in the financial industry. They must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance-related disciplines and be a qualified accountant, preferably HKICPA.

A strong understanding of SFC regulatory requirements, accounting standards, financial markets, and compliance knowledge is essential for this role. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, proactive communication, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a senior leader, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivate your team, and drive results-oriented performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage treasury functions, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and manage risk.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, headquarter, and other subsidiaries to ensure effective financial management.
  • Prepare and handle headquarter reporting and enquires.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in full functions of accounting and financial planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance-related disciplines.
  • Qualified Accountant, preferably HKICPA.
  • Strong understanding of SFC regulatory requirements, accounting standards, financial markets, and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proactive communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$1,500,000 - $2,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
