  • Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve technical queries from customers, including high-severity incidents and major changes
  • Design, implement, and re-engineer networks, as well as acquire knowledge and provide training on new products and technologies
  • Configure and verify firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, IDS, IPS, UTM devices, and other network security measures
  • Manage configuration files, troubleshoot issues, and prepare technical documentation and SOPs

Requirements

  • Certifications
  • CCNP, CISA, CISSP certifications are preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in network management, data center operations, and network security
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and WAN topologies
