As a Global Wealth Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' financial futures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional client service, including resolving complex inquiries and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Supporting our Bankers with documentation, such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, and other critical tasks.
  • Organizing client/prospect meetings, preparing pre-call planning, maintaining call records, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assisting Bankers in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
  • Deepening existing client relationships through in-depth analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Bankers to develop sales and marketing strategies, focusing on revenue growth and acquiring new target clients.
  • Prospecting for new clients, conducting research, generating leads, networking, and coordinating client events.
  • Tracking revenue and deal pipeline reports, providing timely updates to Bankers, and ensuring accurate documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in investments, banking, and credit products.
  • Exceptional relationship management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Prioritization of risk assessment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
