- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, providing tailored security solutions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery meets client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and areas for growth, informing sales strategies and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Represent Securitas Hong Kong at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Core Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the security or guarding services industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong security market and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
