As a key member of the Arc'teryx Hong Kong Liaison Office team, you will partner with a cross-functional group to optimize responsiveness to market with quality product, drive cash flow and inventory targets. This role involves collaborating across teams to refine data analytics performance, track bulk materials, and conduct problem-solving actions swiftly. You will also monitor raw material order statuses and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting production performance through partnership with vendors.
- Collaborating with partners to refine data analytics performance.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Merchandising, Business Management or another related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Additionally, you must have 3+ years' experience in apparel sourcing or merchandising, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and self-initiative. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook is also required.
