The successful candidate will handle daily leasing enquiries and resident matters, including sales support materials, proposals, and agreement preparation.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Coordinate sales-related activities, including market research, quarterly promotions, market strategy, and site inspections.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Work closely with internal parties and external customers, including relocation and property agencies, existing and potential residents, and vendors.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and conduct site visits to maintain good relationships with tenants.
- Degree holder in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of solid corporate sales or leasing experience in the hotel or property industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Experience in handling luxury residential properties will be an advantage.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua.
- Good computer knowledge in Windows and MS Office; knowledge of Opera system/Flexsystem is an advantage.
