Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of trade promotional projects
  • Provide logistical and administrative assistance for event coordination
  • Assist in consolidating and updating project data and delegate information
  • Maintain close relationships with delegates and potential exhibitors
  • Handle inquiries from events and perform on-site duties

Requirements:

  • University graduate with relevant work experience in Event Management/Marketing/Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua required
