Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will be assigned to various Actuarial teams, gaining exposure to a range of actuarial functions, including:

• Product Implementation: Engage in the actual rollout of new products, participating in model updates and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Channel Support: Collaborate with different departments to manage special quotations and address ad hoc inquiries.
• Experience Monitoring: Conduct investigations through experience and data analysis.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to the regular financial reporting of business outcomes across multiple metrics. Assist in implementing the new accounting standard for insurance contracts (IFRS 17).
• Participating Business Management: Involve in the management of Par funds, including asset shares calculations, bonus reviews, and various projects.
• Capital Management: Aid in assessing capital adequacy under the Risk-Based Capital (RBC) framework and evaluate the impacts of different capital management strategies.
• Modeling and Innovation: Support the upkeep, development, and enhancement of actuarial models.
