Job Description
The Senior Treasury Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing operations of Derivatives and Securities, as well as supporting new product launches and participating in operations-related projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement operational procedures.
  • Identify and remediate gaps in controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects.
  • Work closely with the Department Head to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • University degree or above.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury products and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
