Job Title: Site Superintendent - Piling Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead our piling operations team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our piling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of piling works, including the placement of precast elements and concrete operations.
• Direct the installation and organization of construction logistics, materials, and personnel.
• Monitor and coordinate work performed by foremen and laborers.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of skilled and experienced site execution staff.
• Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
• Plan and implement resources, including subcontractors and equipment.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and their representatives.
• Report directly to the Construction Manager on project progress and output.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience in field supervision.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction engineering practices related to piling works.
• Planning and scheduling, procurement, and contracting experience.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and a zero-accident safety program.
• Fluency in English, with other languages an asset.
