Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive to join our team as a key member in the APAC region. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks of the area, optimizing sales department information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Area Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations in the region.
  • Optimize sales department information to provide accurate and reliable data to customers.
  • Act as an interface between internal departments and external clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage order registration and follow-up, ensuring timely processing and communication with clients.
  • Track client requests and respond promptly to provide qualitative answers.
  • Communicate new information to clients, including price listings, product delivery dates, and promotional details.
  • Review and process customer claims, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the invoice processing chain, from registration to documentation sign-off and financial processing.
  • Follow up on expenses through our expense tracking process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate marketing plans, new launches, and promotions, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly sell-out and sell-in data, using templates provided by the Area Manager.
  • Monitor and manage region's SKU quotas, reviewing forecasts and leftovers.
  • Support the Area Manager in airline follow-up, listing preparation, returns, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers to analyze stock levels, identify best sellers, and optimize inventory.
  • Be the primary point of contact with Retail Managers, handling information requests, visuals, and materials.
  • Participate in daily administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, and courier services.
  • Assist the Area Manager in consolidating sell-out reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on planning and execution.
  • Degree in Business or Commerce, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly proficient in PC applications, including SAP, MS Office, and Excel (Vlookup and PivotTable).
  • Strong analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to read and write in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
