Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop application solutions and software based on specifications and requirements.
  2. Integrate, test, and debug application solutions and software in development, test, and production environments.
  3. Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of code.
  4. Coach team members in software engineering practices and provide technical assistance and consultation.
  5. Document code, deployment steps, issue root causes, module or system design, entity relationships/models, and logical process flows implemented in code.
  6. Utilize software development tools such as issue-tracking, code repository, artifact repository or registry, and build servers.
  7. Explore new tools and technologies to improve software fulfillment of current and new requirements.
  8. Provide technical guidance to other team members as necessary.
  9. Collaborate with lead software engineers to improve software development processes.

Requirements:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, IT Engineering, or other related fields focused on quantitative disciplines.
  2. Must have working experience in Backend Java and Spring Boot for at least 2 years.
  3. Must be able to demonstrate strong JavaScript knowledge.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  5. Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
  6. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Ability to mentor other developers.
