Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our Accounting team of three members. As Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing the full set of account books, participating in financial and audit reports, and conducting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Accounting Manager
• Work collaboratively with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Participate in the preparation of financial and audit reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Collaborate with banks and auditors as necessary

Requirements:

• Hold a Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in full-set accountancy
• Have prior experience working in a trading company, preferably in the European market
• Demonstrated expertise in dealing with banks and financial institutions
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and statements

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is HKD 55,000 - 65,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
