  • PARTNER WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS TO CO-CREATE LONG-TERM LEARNING STRATEGIES FOR THEIR TEAMS AND DEPARTMENTS.
  • ENABLE THE DELIVERY OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR APAC SSC+ LLO TEAMS THROUGH THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD/CHANNEL.
  • INSTRUCT, DEVELOP, AND COACH PEERS TO BUILD, ASSESS, AND IMPLEMENT LEARNING SOLUTIONS.
  • IDENTIFY, PREPARE, AND DEVELOP FACILITATORS TO SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF TRAINING PROGRAMS.
  • COACH AND CONSULT AT THE INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM LEVEL.
  • CREATE AND IMPLEMENT CHANGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
  • DESIGN AND FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS AND EVENTS, INCLUDING LARGE-SCALE OFFSITES.
  • EVALUATE THE SUCCESS OF TRAINING PROGRAMS THROUGH VARIOUS METHODS.

Requirements:

  • A PASSION FOR GUIDING AND SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN DISCOVERING THEIR UNIQUE POTENTIAL.
  • 8+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN ADULT LEARNING FACILITATION, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
  • PROFICIENCY IN PRIORITY/PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PRESENTING IDEAS, AND DEVELOPING TRUST.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AND COLLABORATION SKILLS.
  • STRENGTHS IN ORGANIZATION, INFLUENCE, AND SOLUTIONS-ORIENTED PROBLEM-SOLVING.
  • BA DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR, OR EDUCATION.
  • CERTIFICATION IN COACHING OR 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
