The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in E&M system operation, maintenance, and installation. EMSD Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license A or B is required, with WSD Licensed Plumber an added advantage.

Responsibilities include receiving work orders, executing daily schedules, supervising outsourced contractors, maintaining tool and material stock, carrying out routine inspections, and operating electrical, MVAC, fire services, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute work orders according to daily schedules assigned by Managers
  • Supervise outsourced contractor performance for assigned work
  • Maintain stock of tools and materials sufficient for daily operation
  • Carry out routine inspection of E&M facilities as directed by the Engineering Manager
  • Operate electrical, MVAC, fire services, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems
  • Attend emergency calls or special duties assigned by the Engineering Manager
