The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Private Banking Risk Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of AML risk in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews of client files to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate AML risk, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on AML matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business or related discipline, preferably with a focus on financial compliance.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in CDD and/or KYC in banking or financial institutions, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk.
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese, with a working knowledge of Putonghua.
