Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Hip Hing Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify invoices and perform daily accounting duties, including data entry, voucher preparation, and document filing.
  • Assist with financial reporting for month-end and year-end.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
  • HKDSE qualification.
  • LCCI or Diploma/Certificate in Accounting is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with Flex accounting is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
