Job Overview

The Compliance Data Analyst, Transparency Reporting Specialist will provide critical support to the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) team in Asia Pacific. This role involves working with regional leadership to develop and execute a dynamic, risk-based external reporting strategy.

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. Additionally, you will analyze and consolidate data into significant quantitative analysis or reports and prepare internal status reports and summary metrics presentations for HCC teams and senior management on request.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transparency reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in compliance/finance/data management and analytics or related field. You must be able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and have experience working with data and analyzing and consolidating data into significant quantitative analysis or reports.
