About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create advertising & promotion materials, display posters, leaflets, newsletters, EDMs, marketing collaterals, corporate literatures for both online and offline usage.
  • Independently manage projects from concept design to project completion, establishing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement creative, quality, and professional graphic designs for the Centre.
  • Assist with photo and video shooting and editing as requested by internal departments.
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers to ensure production meets requirements.
  • Implement sustainable practices in daily work, adhering to our environmental policies.
  • Make decisions based on the highest ethical standards.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or above.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design and/or Visual Communication, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in the F&B/hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Mac Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Chinese and English Word processing, and cross-platform operations with computers.
  • Familiarity with printing processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of photography and photo retouching is desirable.
  • Awareness of market trends and new technologies in graphic design would be an asset.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently from concept design to project completion.
  • Strong design sense, creativity, independence, and responsibility are essential.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to learn.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is HK$40,000 - HK$60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
