Role Overview

The Assistant Sales Manager (Inside Sales) plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our inside sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will oversee daily operations, lead a team of telesales representatives, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to craft and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and target plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  3. Client Management: Oversee client accounts and relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to enhance productivity.
  5. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the telesales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a management role. Experience handling teams of over 20 members is advantageous. Professional fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
