This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Logistics Manager to become a key player in our forward-thinking team. We are looking for someone with strong responsibility, ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

The role involves managing logistics operations, including shipment planning, import/export procedures, documentation, cost optimization, and benchmarking. You will oversee third-party logistics providers and collaborate with internal teams on shipment matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure order fulfilment, including planning, invoicing, customs, and post-sale activities.
  • Support team flexibility to ensure efficient delivery of key projects and objectives across regions.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment planning and import/export procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years' experience in logistics, including shipment planning and 3PL management.
  • Strong responsibility, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team player, proactive, self-motivated, with a positive and confident attitude.
