Job Title: Senior System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at nextRoles. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Azure platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
  • Implement and uphold DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated infrastructure.
  • Develop and uphold cloud architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources' utilization, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster seamless integration of applications with cloud infrastructure.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in cloud technologies, API integrations, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and implementing DevOps practices.
  • Strong command of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools within a cloud environment.
  • API integration skills, with experience in working with SOAP APIs and API management platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
