Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong backend development experience with Python (bonus: C++, Java, Rust).
  • Expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and high-performance data processing.
  • Experience with financial risk models, factor models, or market risk frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data processing, and real-time analytics.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
