The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing property market transactions and updating stock information regularly. They will also undertake analysis for property transactions and market intelligence, manage and maintain landlord and tenant databases, conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations, and prepare marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and web listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing property market transactions and updating stock information regularly
  • Undertaking analysis for property transactions and market intelligence
  • Managing and maintaining landlord and tenant databases
  • Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis
  • Assisting in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Preparing marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and web listings

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Experience in the property industry
  • At least one year's experience in research, marketing, managing, and using databases
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
