Job Overview

Job Description

A Senior ICT Project Manager is responsible for delivering technical project management services to customer's ICT projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, task scheduling, control, and monitoring of project execution as well as risk management.

  • Act as a member of the solution engagement team and support head of Solutions Engagement team in meeting team KPI.
  • Manage and support subordinates in dealing with their respective customer projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams or external SI partners.
  • Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any project related issues.
  • Prepare project correspondence such as written communication, meeting agenda and minutes.
  • Ensure the project milestones/deliverables and user acceptance test to be completed on time and meet with the required quality standard.
  • Owner of technical account management for selected enterprise customers.
  • Provide technical leadership in supporting consultants and team members in dealing with specific project requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT industry.
  • Proven track records in delivering the ICT projects.
  • Familiar with software development life cycle.
  • Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams.
  • Holder of professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner.
