We are a collaborative and dynamic team at the Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre, working together to advance the field of biomedical engineering. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and collaboration, and who is committed to making a meaningful contribution to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and lead research projects that align with the centre's strategic goals, and to contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in biomedical engineering.
  • To collaborate with colleagues and partners to advance the centre's research agenda, and to represent the centre at national and international conferences and meetings.
Requirements:
  • A Ph.D. degree and post-doctoral research experience in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of biomedical engineering, including Aqueous Two-Phase Systems, Biomicrofluidics, Novel Device Technologies, or Soft Matter for Bioengineering.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
