">Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client-related accounting functions, including updating receipts and payments, disbursements recording, and daily bank reconciliations.
  2. Oversee daily operations of clients' bank accounts and liaise with bankers to resolve clients' requests, including quotation of interest rates for placing time deposits and funds release.
  3. Manage clients' bank accounts and electronic banking platforms, including account opening, closing, and maintenance.
  4. Maintain strong working relationships with bankers to resolve banking service issues in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure compliance with Firm policies and relevant rules and regulations, such as Solicitors' Accounts Rules and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
  6. Handle internal and external client requests and inquiries.
  7. Proactively explore ways to improve team work efficiency.
  8. Support ad-hoc analysis and assignments as required.
Qualifications/Person Specification

Required qualifications include an advanced diploma or above in finance or accountancy. Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the legal industry with high-volume transaction exposure, is necessary. Familiarity with banking operations in handling receipts, payments, and electronic banking platforms is essential.

Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to interact with people at different levels internally and externally. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required, with knowledge of Aderant being an advantage.

A strong team player with maturity, able to work in a fast-paced environment, is essential. Good time management skills, organization, multitasking ability, and self-motivation with a 'can-do' attitude are also required.

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is necessary.
