Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and proposing comprehensive telecommunications and ICT solutions to enterprise and carrier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Proposal - Responsible for the design of IP/SDH/Metro Ethernet/MPLS WAN solutions and other ICT value-added solutions such as Cloud, Data Centre & Managed Security.
  • Client Engagement - Propose telecommunication and ICT solutions to enterprise or carrier sales to meet customer needs.
  • Pre-Sales Support - Participate in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meetings, user requirement studies, design, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFP/bidding handling.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with Sales Teams & Technical Teams to propose and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Training and Development - Coordinate and provide solution-related training to Sales teams.

Bid Manager Responsibilities

  • Presetale Technical Support - Responsible for presale technical support, including proposal, RFQ response, cost calculation, product management for government/commercial bidding.
  • Deal Closure - Coordinate with external and internal parties to close deals with new & existing bidding.
  • Monitor Bid Process - Monitor overall bid process from exploring opportunity, RFQ response, tender submission to tender award.
  • Project Implementation - Provide presale consultation and support to project implementation.
  • Documentation Preparation - Prepare presentation, technical proposal, and tender documentation.

Requirements

  • Education - Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Experience - Min 3 years of solution selling/design experience in IT&T industry.
  • Certifications - Possess professional certifications e.g., CCNP/CCDP/CISSP.
  • Communication Skills - Able to maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users, including effective communication with clients and vendors.
  • Problem Solving Skills - Quick learner with superior analytic problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Linguistic Skills - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

Bid Manager Requirements

  • Education - Degree holder in Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Experience - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT industry; experience in government tendering is an advantage.
  • Bid Management Experience - Experience in bid management is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities - Outgoing, passionate, and proactive.
  • Linguistic Skills - Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Estimated Salary Range: HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
