Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new hedging strategies for our Insurance Funds. This will involve:

  1. Developing and designing hedging strategies, including exploring new instruments to optimize our portfolio in alignment with RBC requirements.
  2. Overseeing the daily management of the hedging programme, including monitoring the hedge position in accordance with investment mandates and investment guidelines/policy.
  3. Providing instructions for derivatives trade orders, liquidity monitoring, and stakeholder communications for approval processes.
  4. Involving restructuring of derivative agreements to optimize collateral strategy.
  5. Compiling data and reports to prepare management materials.

Requirements include a university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline, and 5 years of investment experience related to multi-asset portfolio management and/or hedging programmes.
