The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong seeks a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Assistant Officer/ Executive Assistant in the School of Communication. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the School's programmes and contributing to the overall mission of the University.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the School's programmes;
- Coordinate programme-related activities, including events and student affairs;
- Create and maintain engaging content for social media platforms;
- Work closely with module teachers to ensure effective programme delivery;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure high-quality programme services; and
- Provide administrative support to committees.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer software are necessary for this position. Relevant experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage.
