The successful candidate will possess a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification IT experience. They should have a strong background in FSI industry, preferably with at least 3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities will include providing consultative selling, handling client stakeholder management, and supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities. You will work closely with our Line of Business and Client Service Unit to develop and execute client engagement plans.

In order to excel in this role, you will require strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking abilities, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Prior management consulting experience will be highly valued.

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, working under pressure, and delivering high-quality results.
